On April 23 the Nevada varsity boys played against Waterloo Columbus and lost the game 1-3. The Cubs only goal was scored by Taylor Maiefski out of three shots on goal.

“We were able to slow and limit the opportunities created by the fast and creative, front line of Columbus,” said Coach Todd Sampson.

“Kody Kruschwitz played well and won a lot of 50/50 balls in the air to help us keep possession, Devin See also did a great job facilitating through the middle of the field,” said Coach Sampson.
