On Monday, April 15, the JV girls walked away with a great win.  They fought hard and were rewarded with a final score of 5-1.

Paige Solie scored the first goal.  Next was Katelyn Khounsourath with a good finish off of an assist by Katelyn Kingsbury.  Raegan Gilliland slipped one past the keeper off of an assist by Hailee Weber. The last two goals came from Alex Arnaud. Mylie Bleeker had an excellent assist providing Alex the fourth goal for the team.  The final goal for Nevada was unassisted by Alex.

The defense for Nevada played really well only letting Ballard score one goal.

“As coaches we continue to see the work the girls are putting into practice come through in games and that’s exciting,” said Coach Mark Rhodes. “Each player is showing continued improvement in their skills which leads to bigger contributions to the team.  It is a fun group to work with and seeing that translate into success is fun to be a part of.”

The JV girls have had a great season so far and everyone will look forward to seeing them succeed more in the future.
