The Nevada girls varsity golf team had a meet at Cedar Point in Boone on Wednesday, May 1. They girls played against Gilbert, Greene County, PCM, Roland Story, and South Hamilton. They hit very well, and they had very good individual places.
Emma Griffin was the meet medalist runner up. She shot a round of 85 for 18 holes. Ashlynn Sporrer was the third place golfer, shooting a 91. The team placed second to at the meet scoring a total of 391 points, following Gilbert by 16 points.
